Hi I'm Carlos Alberto Galvão

I was born in Santos. I now live in Guarujua with my family. My profession is in the area of naval construction. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am married, the father of four children, and the grandfather of four children. I very much like to play soccer with my friends on Saturday. My family adores meeting on weekends to eat together. We like to kayak and to go to the island and dig for clams. We very much prize our times as a family and we do everything possible for these times to be constant.

Why I am a Mormon

The thing that motivated me the most to become a member of the Church was the possibility of living with my family eternally. This makes me faithful and obedient to the Commandments of the Gospel. My testimony is a precious asset to me, and I know that God and Christ live and direct their Church through revelations. I know that by being obedient, faithful, worthy, and perseverant until the end, I will obtain all the promised blessings. I feel secure and happy from living the gospel, yesterday, today, and forever.

How I live my faith

I am an active member in the ward and I work with the Elders [the missionaries] in missionary work. I give classes for those who are becoming acquainted with the Church. We continually try to hold fellowshipping activities, principally so that the visitors and new members will feel good and fully integrated with the members of our ward.
