Hi I'm Paul Robert

I'm a Mormon, which means I am a follower of Jesus Christ.

About Me

I am a half American half Norwegian Law student living in Oslo Norway. I am married and have a wonderful little son.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon first and foremost because after asking God if it was the right thing to do, He answered me by speaking to my heart, and told me it was. I have visited and learned of many other faiths, and found much good in most of them. I have had many doubts in my own faith throughout the years. Still, everytime I turn to my Heavenly Father in prayer and ask for His guidance, the answer is the same: This is His church, these are His teachings. And as I have followed them throughout the years, they have brought me nothing but joy.

How I live my faith

My faith is expressed in many different ways. First of all it is expressed in my daily life with my family. The things we choose to do, listen to, talk about and so on. I also find a lot of joy in sharing my faith with others, although doing so in Norway demands a little more courage than I have at times. I am lucky to be able to work with many others in the area to make sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ a little easier.

What do Mormons believe about “eternal life?”

Paul Robert
We believe that our Heavenly Father has all power. We also believe that He loves His children, and wants them to be happy. Eternal life is what He grants to those who are willing to follow Him, despite their weeknesses. It is us becoming like God, through His power, and because of His love for us. In the end there is noone that is happier than God, and because the only way for us to be that happy is for us to become like God, He has made it possible for us to become like Him, through His son Jesus Christ.
