Hi I'm Bron

I am a stay at home mum of 4 boys. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am married to a kind and supportive man and I'm a mum to 4 wonderful sons.I have been very blessed during my years as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of latter day Saints. I have become a new woman because of the love I have received from my Saviour Jesus Christ and the experiences I have had within the Gospel. I became pregnant at age 19 and because I wanted a better life for my daughter I placed her for adoption. My heart still aches for her but I know that a child is 'entitled to birth within the bonds of matrimony and to be reared by a father and a mother who honor marital vows with complete fidelity".(quote taken for " The Family:A proclamation to the World" This is a very sensitive subject but I recommend the website "its about love " I love to run.It gives me strength and helps me feel happy and healthy. I love reading and I am part of a fabulous book club. I love cooking yummy stuff to share with family and friends. I love going on dates with my husband, seeing movies, going out to dinner with him. I love the beach and watching the boys play in the surf and sand. I love walking in nature. I am so very grateful that I am a full-time mother.

Why I am a Mormon

Because I have had an answer to prayer that the Church is true and I want to follow my Saviour Jesus Christ and keep His commandments so that I may live with him again one day.

How I live my faith

We attend Church every Sunday. We hold family night every week where we sing hymns, have scriptures and a lesson, play games and enjoy a treat together. We also read the scriptures together as many nights as we can.At the moment we are reading from The book of Mormon(a page a night.) I try to read my scriptures every day and I pray morning and night and even throughout the day.I have felt the power of prayer. It has had a huge influence for good in my life. I serve the sisters in our ward by helping those in need and trying to share the Saviours love with them. This is a great blessing for me.

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

Bron
I know that my husband and I have been married for time and all eternity. We were sealed in the Sydney Australia Temple in 1996.This means our marriage will continue through death even eternally and our children are also sealed to us beacuse of this marriage covenant. I want our love and our family to last forever..not just ..."till death do we part"!! The restored priesthood authority has given us this blessing. Show more Show less
