Hi I'm Kim

I'm a mom. I'm a wife and friend. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I think the best way to describe me is someone who loves to learn new things. Currently, I am learning to be a good mom (I have two cute kids), a fabulous wife (I have a great husband), and creating a beautiful home (through home improvement projects). I love being able to stay home and "grow" my children.

Why I am a Mormon

Although I was born and raised as a Mormon, my life has provided me with opportunities that have solidified those beliefs. I think I have always had a desire to search out the truth and my testimony has grown little by little since I was young. When I moved to a new city during my high school years, I learned to rely on the Lord through prayer. As I left for college, I met and interacted with friends who helped me recognize the Spirit in my life more fully. On a mission, I was blessed to teach others these truths and have them solidified in my heart. Now, I work each day to continue strengthening my knowledge of eternal truths.

How I live my faith

Living as an example is ultimately how I live my faith. It is difficult for me to separate living my faith from what I do each day. I help my children come to understand the teachings of Christ through how they interact with each other and others. I am blessed to work with and teach the youth (12-13 year olds in particular). At this crucial point in their lives, my life and love for them helps them to gain a testimony of the truth. As a wife, I work with my husband to lead our family along the path the Lord would have us follow. And as a friend, I provide support and love, especially in those times of trial. In short, my life is how I live my faith.
