Why I am a Mormon

Mormonism is more than just a religion, it is a way of life. I joined the Church because I saw the real value of that way to me and to my family. After joining and receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost and the Holy Priesthood, I realized that being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints would bring even more knowledge and blessings into my life than I had imagined at my time of baptism. The Lord Jesus Christ has delivered on all of his promises!

How I live my faith

My approach to be a Christian is to give the Lord the best that I can as much of the time as I can. Putting Christ first makes lots of life decisions easy to make.

Who founded Mormonism and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints?

Gordon
On April 6, 1830, under heavenly direction, the Prophet Joseph Smith organized the Church, and thus the true Church of Jesus Christ was once again upon the earth with the authority to teach the gospel and administer the ordinances of salvation Show more Show less
