Hi I'm Janelle

I'm a Mormon. I live in Florida with my husband and our seven children. Life is good!!

About Me

I am a thirty nine, am married to my best friend, and have seven children-four boys and three girls. I love being a mom and am thankful that I do not have to work outside the home-there is plenty to do inside the home!. I enjoy reading and taking trips to see family and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born to faithful members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day saints. I was taught the gospel from a young age and have always been thankful for the gospel in my life. I have watched and been a part of the happiness that the gospel of Jesus Christ can bring. I want to live with my Father in Heaven again one day and the gospel of Jesus Christ shows me how I can.

How I live my faith

I have worked in many callings at church. I have served in the Nursery with the toddlers, in the Primary with the young children, with the Young women, and currently with the ladies 18+ as a secretary. I have loved working in all of the different organizations in the church and have loved the personal growth they have brought me. I also enjoy visiting and serving others. Our motto in our women's organization is "Charity Never Faileth", it is a wonderful thing to be a part of an organization that believes in loving, helping and teaching Heavenly Father's children.

What is the role of the husband and the wife in the family?

Janelle
The role of the husband and wife in the family is to work together to return as a family to Heavenly Father. In The Family A proclamation to the world we are taught that the primary role of the husband is to provide and for the wife to nurture. I have found that following the council of Father in Heaven is essential - and that every situation in life is different. Some wives provide and some husbands are better at nurturing--however we can all grow and do better at the things the Lord has asked us to do-and I know I always have room for improvement.   Show more Show less
