Hi I'm Alice
I am a family history trainer. I love to garden. I love family. I love music. I play the guitar and sing. I'm a Mormon.
About Me
I write music. I teach beginning piano and I am a beginning piano student. At age 50 I graduated from College. I am married. My husband and I ride bikes together. I enjoy vegetable and flower gardening and reading good books and watching live musicals. I have worked as a camp director for teenage girls.
Why I am a Mormon
when I was 12 years old the missionaries came to our home and invited us to church. When we walked in the doors a warm feeling came over me. We moved a short time later. But when I was 16 the missionaries found our family again. My parents allowed me to choose for my self if I wanted to be baptized. I read the Book of Mormon and received a witness that it was true and the word of God. Through the trials of life, death of an infant child, divorce, struggles with employment, difficult decisions, I have been able to remain strong because of the witness I received from the Holy Ghost at a young age.
How I live my faith
I have daily personal prayer and scripture study to learn more of Jesus Christ and his commandments. I strive to live as the Savior and to repent when I make mistakes. I strive to love others and to help them to find the Savior.
