Hi I'm Landon

I'm a hunter, a snowboarder, and a missionary....and I'm a Mormon

About Me

I love the outdoors! Hunting, fishing, hiking, snowboarding, dirt biking, long boarding. I was born and raised in Idaho, and that is where my love for the outdoors and backcountry comes from. I love my family and grew up workin for a family owned lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal business. I have the luxury of some time off in the winter due to that fact i work only when it snows and this allows me time to do what i love and that is to duck hunt and snowboard. Living where i do, makes all this so accessible. I am curently serving a mission in Houston Texas, and love it. I plan on attending college when i finish my mission, and am looking into Bussiness Management. One of my dreams is to become a back country heli pilot.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because i have lived the gospel my entire life and have recieved my answer that this is the true restored gospel of Jesus Christ here on the earth. I was born into the church, and have been a member my whole life, but eventually i had to find out for myself if the Church was true, and it was just a few years ago that I truly began to develop my own testimony of the Church. Through prayer and reading of the Book of Mormon I have gained my own testimony. I know that anything we ask in faith with an intent to do something with the answer we receive the Lord will answer our prayers. I know that there is a prophet of God once again on this earth and that by following him we will be followers of Christ.

How I live my faith

I live my faith everyday to the fullest by currently serving a full-time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I'm have been called to serve in the Teaxas Houston East Mission, and everyday my mission increases my love and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. To see people change makes my own testimony of the gospel grow
