Hi I'm Brady

I live my life one day at a time, I'm a missionary, I'm a Mormon

About Me

Hi I am Brady. I love being outside and playing golf. I come from a big family and spending time with them is one of my favorite things to do, as well as spending time with friends. I am currently serving a full-time mission in Fresno, California

Why I am a Mormon

Well I chose to be. I've always had the life where doin what is right and following the commandments is important, and the 'Mormon' church has always taught that as the main purpose in life. But the time came when I had to make my choice, to keep following this way, or to not. I had to find out for myself if this was what God wanted me to do. So I did, and I received my answer! This is the true church and I'm so glad I'm a part of it!

How I live my faith

Right now I have devoted 2 years of my life to serving the Lord. Leaving behind all that is important as far as the worlds perspective. I help others come unto Christ by receiving the restored gospel, through faith in Jesus Christ and his atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end. This is something I do every day and I love doing it!

Why do Mormon missionaries proselyte?

Brady
It is our purpose to invite everyone to follow Jesus Christ's example. We believe that everyone is a son or daughter of a living God, and we all deserve the chance to come back into his presence once more. We lived with him before we came to this earth and gave us the freedom whether to choose to follow him or not. Heavenly Father has also blessed us with his beloved son, Jesus Christ, who made it possible for us to all live forever with God. Jesus Christ has shown us the way, and as we choose to follow him, we are promised to have these blessings. Show more Show less

What is a “testimony” that Mormons speak of?

Brady
A testimony is a belief that only you can have. Testimonies come from personal and spiritual experiences. The testimony you have is knowing that something is true, that hasen't been "proven". Testimonies and having faith are very similar. Show more Show less
