Hi I'm Jen

I'm a mom, a graphic designer, a soccer player, and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I was born in raised in Southern California. I grew up in a large family, being the 5th child out of 6. I grew up playing soccer year around, playing for a Club team and for my High School. In college I met my Southern stud and were married in 2004 in Southern California. Later we moved to the South and now have 2 children with 1 on the way. I am a stay at home Mom who enjoys spending time with my family!

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because i choose to be. Growing up I was raised in an active Mormon family, we went to church every week whether we were home or on vacation. When I moved out I found myself actually wanting to go to church. There was never any pressure of being a Mormon it was something that I knew I wanted in my life. It brings me comfort, peace, happiness. I am so grateful to have this Gospel in my life, to know of the truth. To know of what is to come after this life makes this life that much easier....it makes choices that much easier to know what kind of reward is waiting for me and my family on the other side.

How I live my faith

In our home we proudly display the Temple where my husband and I were married in as a constant reminder of our eternal marriage. Also, we have pictures of Christ and the Family Proclamation in our entry way so that it is the first thing people see when they enter. We have nightly prayers with our children and before every meal, we read them books that are Christ centered and have positive messages. We feed our missionaries every week, burnt or under cooked. I am the secretary in our women's organization, a mother raising 3 children in the Gospel, and the wife of a Branch President.
