Hi I'm Beth

I'm a mother, I'm a wife, I'm a runner, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am married with three children, and I am lucky enough to be a stay-at-home mom right now. I went to school for Nursing, and also Exercise & Wellness. I enjoy doing both of those things, but being a mother is my most important job. I love teaching my sweet children and watching them grow into these amazing little people. I enjoy doing lots of things. I love playing sports, and doing any other types of physical activity, but I especially enjoy running. I love to experiment in the kitchen almost daily, and most the time those experiments involve chocolate. I am a chocoholic! I love spending time with my family too...... camping, playing games, swimming, going on long walks, watching a movie, etc.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents were great examples to me, and I grew up following their footsteps. I was raised a Mormon. Slowly, I gained a love and knowledge of the doctrine and principles that they taught me. I have developed my own, wonderful testimony of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

How I live my faith

One of my favorite quotes was given by Gordon B. Hinckley. He said, "You are good. But it isn't enough to just be good. You must be good for something. You must contribute to the World." Sometimes as a busy mom and wife, I feel like I'm not contributing as much to the world as I could be, but I know that just by serving others, I am contributing. I love the feeling I get when I'm serving my neighbors, my family, my fellow church members, and the 8 year old cub scouts in my area who I am currently working with.
