Hi I'm Janice

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother of 4 grown children, and 3 grandsons. My hobbies are geneology research, finding my ancestors, and learning all about them. During my working years, I was a business manager, and accountant, During times of leisure, I enjoyed attending Little League baseball and other activities with my children and other family activities. I love music and learning to play the piano.

Why I am a Mormon

I became a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, as an adult, age 40. Other churches, tho pleasant, did not fulfill my need for the true church. I needed to know why none of those churches spoke of a prophet in our day, as if there wasn't one. I simply could not believe that. As someone dear to me, refered me to this church, missionaries came to our home, and as they read in the Bible, Amos 3:7, my heart swelled within me, and I absolutely knew, without a doubt, that this was the true church, and there is a prophet of God at the head of it, who receives revelation for us, and imparts that glorious information to all who want to hear the word of God and know Jesus Christ today.

How I live my faith

I attend church regularly in a small branch, and have the privilege of teaching primary lessons to children, between the ages of 4 years old, to 7 years old. These little ones are so much fun and learn so very quickly. Many times they are teaching me, and I love it. I also like the various other activities of the church, which are for everyone to enjoy. It is a privilege to serve in whatever capacity, or opportunity comes along. I pray and read the scriptures daily.
