Hi I'm Geoff

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a husband and father of five children. I have three girls and two boys ranging from 12 years old to 9 month's old. They are busy with extracurricular activities such as tumbling, piano, scouting, football, soccer, and Karate. My wife and I love to go out together once per week. I enjoy golf, basketball and a few other sports. I work as a financial advisor. I own a small firm that specializes in managing investments, financial forecasting for future events, and providing insurance products and services for our clients. I have been working in the financial services industry for about 13 years. I am an entrepreneur at heart and continually look for new business opportunities.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family of members of the Church of Jesus of Latter-Day Saints. I was baptized as a member at eight years old. I know that this church is the Lord's church, restored again to the earth in these latter days. I know this, not by some physical proof, but by communication from the Spirit, the Holy Ghost over the years. Membership and activity in the Lord's church has blessed my life more than I can say. I know that I am a child of my Heavenly Father. I know that He loves me. Because he loves me he wants me, and all of His children to have experiences that test and try our faith. This is the only way for us to become what He wants us to become and reach our full potential. Along the way, we receive guidance, inspiration and peace of mind and heart. I know that as long as I am faithful in keeping the commandments of God, I will be provided for and will ultimately receive the reward of being with my Heavenly Father and those I love eternally.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying my best to put aside my own interests whenever there is an opportunity to serve or help another. I believe that the Lord expects us to seek the needs of others before ourselves. There are opportunities all around us. I am also striving to keep God's commandments with exactness. I believe that is the way to a true relationship with the Savior.
