Hi I'm Ben Weed. Yep. That's my name.

I'm 20 years old, I'm an east-coaster, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to longboard, and feel free. I enjoy playing guitar, and listening to uplifting music. I love to eat/make pizza. I grew up in New York, and have a passion fo New York pizza and love to share that with other people. I have attended a college in Vermont for a while, and am currently serving a mission in Seattle Washington. Being an Eagle Scout, i really enjoy being outside, and learning from nature. My family and I built our house in Vermont by hand from the resources on our property. We manage our forest, and upkeep our property together as a family, and love living a self sustained life.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that Jesus Christ lives, and loves us. I know that even though I have experienced many trials, my savior is still there, and loves me. I am so grateful to be a part of His church, and to have the relationship that i now share with him. I know that through the Book of Mormon, we can all become closer to our savior.

How I live my faith

I live my faith currently, by serving the Lord as a full time Missionary in Seattle Washington. I will be on this mission spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ for two years. In the past I have been an assistant to our Bishop, and an Institute of Religion instructor. Being apart of the Lords organization, I intend on serving the Lord for the rest of my life.

How can I know Mormonism is true?

Ben Weed. Yep. That's my name.
The only sure way you can know if Mormonism is true, is through sincere searching, and praying. even though there is physical evidence that can show us the truth of the Book of Mormon, and ultimately this church, they only sure way you can know for yourself, is through God. God wants you to know the truth, and wants you to take the step of faith to ask. Take a few minutes out of each day to pray to Heavenly Father, and ask him if these things are true. He will answer you through the holy ghost (Moroni 10:5). Each time after you pray, pause and pay attention to how you feel. The answer you are looking for may not come in a grand vision, or a spectacular display of Gods power, but may come as a quiet, peaceful feeling that has the power to change your life. After you receive this answer, you will be expected to act on the answer you have received. Show more Show less
