Hi I'm Eric

I was born in Neosho, Missouri. I lived there for a few weeks; then I started my saga... I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am a person who loves to travel! I love riding my motorcycle anywhere, or taking my conversion van if the weather isn't so great... I've graduated from BYU with a degree in Environmental Science. I enjoy new experiences and look forward to all that life has to offer.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of a revelation that I had when I was 19. I had a vision of what Joseph Smith saw in the Sacred Grove and knew without any person on earth telling me that what I saw was true! God Lives! Jesus is the Christ! The Gospel is True!

How I live my faith

I strive each day to become a better person, more loving and more caring of the people around me. I pray often and study the scriptures so that I can come to understand who my Heavenly Father is; who Jesus Christ is, through the power of the Holy Ghost.

Are there restrictions based on race or color concerning who can join The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and have the priesthood?

Eric
No. As long as you are worthy- you can be a part of the church. The priesthood though is patriarchal. Show more Show less

Do Mormons worship Joseph Smith?

Eric
No. We worship Heavenly Father and his Son, Jesus Christ. I am thankful that Joseph Smith was the instrument of restoring the Church in our days, but, I do not worship him. Show more Show less

What do Mormons believe about the nature of God?

Eric
God is our loving Heavenly Father. He loves us as a perfect father would love his children. He is just, but because of Jesus Christ, He is also merciful. I love Him for all that He has done for me and for what He constantly does for others. I am an Environmental Scientist and the more that I look at this world and the beautiful intricacies, the more I realize how much our Heavenly Father must truly love us. Show more Show less
