Hi I'm David

I'm a husband, a father, a lover of all things culinary, a physician and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised on the Texas Gulf coast. I spent two years as a missionary in Brasil before I met and married my wife. I am now a father of four wonderful daughters. I have been married for ten years and I am an Anesthesiologist practicing medicine in Washington State. I enjoy spending time with my family doing a myriad of outdoor activities in the Beautiful Northwest.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in an LDS home. My mother comes from generations of Latter-Day saints and my father is a convert to the church. I am a mormon because I have a testimony that Jesus Christ's church is on the earth today, and that the authority to act and bless in his name is only found in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. The church places great emphasis on families and eternal family relationships and I have seen how living the gospel has blessed me, and my family. I know that Christ wants us to Come Unto Him to receive all the good things he has to give us.

How I live my faith

As a 19 year old young man I served a mission for the church in Brazil where I gained an even greater testimony of the Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ. Now, I attend church on Sunday with my family. I teach a group of 14 & 15 year olds in the Young Men’s organization. We also meet on Wednesday nights for Youth Activities and Scouting. I strive to keep the commandments, serve others and create an environment of love and harmony in my home.
