Hi I'm Geneal.

I’m a wife and a mother. I love to spend time with my family, to read, to cook, and to spend time outside. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I’m a wife of the most amazing man, and a mother of five beautiful children. They bring so much joy to my life. I have learned so much from them. I love serving others. I love family history. I love to read and learn new things. I love spending time outside. Each summer I take my children on hikes in the mountains near our home. We love to go camping. I love photography.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the Church and believed the gospel was true. When I was 14 years old, I wanted to know that gospel was true. I knelt down and prayed and prayed. I felt such a strong, wonderful feeling testify to me that the gospel is true. Since then, I have tried to live so I can feel the Spirit every day. I try to live my testimony.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to become more like Jesus Christ every day. I try to use my talents to serve others. I choose to let my trials and challenges bring me closer to Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I go to church every week to learn more about the gospel, strengthen my testimony, and partake of the sacrament so I can renew my commitment to my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I have been able to serve in different callings in my church, usually teaching in some capacity. Every day my family prays and studies the scriptures together and individually. Studying The Book of Mormon every day beings me closer to my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. It allows me to feel the Spirit in my life. I am so grateful for repentance and knowing that I am forgiven and clean, and given a fresh start. Heavenly Father gives me peace that I can’t find anywhere else. My husband and I try to visit the temple as often as we can. My family means the world to me. As I keep the covenants I have made in the temple, I can have my family forever, even after we are called back to our heavenly home. Because of my knowledge of the restored gospel on the earth, my life is less complicated and has more purpose and joy.
