Hi I'm Craig Bryant

I've spent most of my life in San Diego but loved the twelve years I lived in Utah. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love my family and they are the most important thing in the world to me. My wife and I have four kids. Three girls and one boy and we have four grandsons. My wife grew up in Utah and I lived there for 12 years before we moved back home to San Diego. I am a Systems analyst for a large healthcare organization in San Diego managing Medical Imaging systems.

Why I am a Mormon

All through my life I've read the scriptures and attending many churches searched for a church that answered my questions about what happened to my grandparents after they died. It didn't seem right to me that just because they didn't go to church every Sunday that they should go to hell. They were among the sweetest and most generous people that I have ever known and it just didn't seem right that there were only two places you could end up after this life, either Heaven or Hell. I'm a convert to the Mormon Faith and joined the church when I was 39 years old. I've had over 20 years to compare my previous religious experiences with my life now as a Mormon. I have found more joy and happiness in this faith than any of the other churches I ever attended. There is a fullness of the gospel with a greater understanding of where we came from, why we are here and where we go after we die. Before I joined the LDS church I prayed to Heavenly Father almost everyday that he would make me a better Christian. He answered my prayers and introduced me to the Mormon's and joining this church was one of the best decisions in my whole life.

How I live my faith

I have been impressed with the organization of this world wide church since the day I joined. The more I learn the more I am convinced that this is the Lord's church and lead by Him through a living prophet here on the earth today. I have served in many capacities in the church and am currently serving the Young Single Adults between the ages of 18 and 30 years old. I am so blessed in this calling and am edified everyday by their example. We all have struggles in this life and make mistakes, but the Atonement of Jesus Christ enables us to be forgiven of any mistakes and sins that we have made. These Young Single Adults are amazing to see where they have been and the struggles they go through and how they are returning to church by the efforts of the other young people their same age who have gone through and overcome similar problems in their lives.
