Hi I'm Kristina

I grew up in small-town Kentucky. I'm a wife, a musician, a crafter, and a student. But, best of all, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a happily married, small-town Kentucky girl. Currently, my family consists of my wonderful husband and 2 cats. No kids... yet. I have plenty of hobbies, including community theater, and beading/jewelry making. My biggest, earthly dream is to one day open up a shop to sell beads and jewelry supplies... and in pursuit of that dream, I'm working on getting my Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Some of my other interests include music, books, games (both video and board/tabletop), spending time with my friends and family, and laughing a LOT.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised as a Southern Baptist. Growing up, there were always questions that went unanswered, and things that just didn't ring true. In high school, I started trying out other churches, and never quite found what I was looking for. As an adult, I researched other belief systems, and still nothing seemed right. Eventually, I decided to actually investigate the LDS church. As I met with the missionaries, read the Scriptures, and prayed, it all started to make sense. My questions were answered! I know the truth of the Church's teachings, and have been truly blessed by this knowledge.

How I live my faith

As a fairly new member, I'm still learning so much! I enjoy attending our church meetings every Sunday, and hearing the lessons and testimonies. I play piano for Primary, and truly enjoy my time with the children. I try to regularly study my Scriptures, and of course prayer is a constant necessity of life!
