Hi I'm Trevor

I'm from Idaho, I'm a Missionary, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently twenty-one and serving a full-time mission in West Virginia. I like to read a lot and I play the trombone and guitar. My interests are engineering and welding. My favorite sports are tennis, soccer, racquetball, and baseball. I have finished a semester of college at College of Western Idaho and am waiting until after my mission to take another semester towards my interests.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised by parents who are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I have been going to church since I could remember. I knew that this Church and the Gospel are true when I was young and I plan to stay a Mormon because of the blessings I have received from staying worthy. Now I am on my mission serving the Lord, proclaiming his Gospel that I know is true. One thing that I like about being a Mormon is the belief that there is always a chance to change and improve through the Atonement of Jesus Christ and that through the Atonement we will be able to return to our Heavenly Father for eternity. I know the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is true. I know that God and His Savior lives. I know the Book of Mormon is true and that it contains the Fullness of the Gospel and that it was translated by a prophet named Joseph Smith, who I know was the true prophet who restored the Church and the Gospel on this earth again. I know that Thomas S. Monson is our true prophet today. I know that our Heavenly Father loves us all and that He sent His son, Jesus Christ to bear all of our sins and afflictions and to be crucified to complete the Atonement so we can return to our loving Heavenly Father again. I know that the power of prayer is real and Heavenly Father does listen to every one of our prayers and answers them in His way.

How I live my faith

I am living my faith right now because I am called to serve a mission to help bring Heavenly Father's children closer to Him. Back at home I taught the ten and eleven year old children at Church. Whenever I get the chance I go home teaching to the families I am assigned. Now that I am on my mission I am working all day to proclaim His Gospel.
