Hi I'm Kat.

I have a huge range of interests. I love being a little kid once in awhile. I have dreams & values. Oh, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I like the fine arts, some but not many sports, doing crafts, video games, electronics, music, movies, books, manga and sometimes being lazy. I love just about anything and everything that is blue, shiny, sparkly, or pretty. I love learning. I want to be fluent in German and Japanese one day so I can say I'm a trilingual. I love the number Pi (3.141592654). I like to laugh, be silly, spend time with family, play boards games and card games, I love nature in general. I love my family and would do anything for them. I'm a daddy's girl, I am a big sister and a daughter. I go to most often to my dad for advice and help and I almost always agree with his views about life and the Gospel. I want to grow up, get a college degree, marry a young man who is a returned missionary and worthy priesthood holder in the temple, and spend eternity with him. I'm picky about friends but I love the ones that are my friends. I try and learn new things every day. I've had difficulties like anyone else, and they haven't always been easy. I have moved 9 times and have had 11 different school experiences. I can be random sometimes. And I love life.

Why I am a Mormon

There have been countless times in my life that would have ended differently if I was not a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Because of this, I know my Savior lives and that He is there to lift me up in my times of darkness, cheer me on in my successes, and guide me on my path in life forever onward. I believe Heavenly Father's greatest miracles are also the simplest things in life. I can feel the power of the Holy Spirit in my life as well as others. Its influence in people's lives never ceases to take my breath away. I know His Church is the only complete and true church on the earth today. I know that the scriptures as well as the words of modern prophets is Heavenly Father talking to each of us. I know that President Thomas S. Monson is the one true and living prophet on this earth today and I sustain him wholeheartedly. I will be forever grateful to my big brother Jesus the Christ for all the things he has done to make sure I am eternally happy. I love my Heavenly Father & Mother and even though I don't remember them, I know they are there. I have a testimony of these things and I forever will.

How I live my faith

I try to make sure people that are new, visiting, or in other situations know someone loves them. I love to serve and I feel true joy whenever I do it. I try to participate in ward service projects often. I share my testimony with others to strengthen mine as well as theirs. I pray for others that Christ will help them as He has helped me. I work on my Personal Progress as much as possible and I am nearing my completion of it. I uphold my standards to the best of my abilities. I never hesitate to run from those who want me to compromise my standards. I give suggestions for different activities the youth will be having in the future so they are fun and wholesome.
