Hi I'm Lyndsay

I love music, traveling, and rock climbing. I'm currently serving a mission in Ohio. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have always loved music, which is why I chose to study it when I went to university. I love the way that I feel when I play music--whether playing my flute by myself, playing in a band or orchestra, or singing in a choir. Playing my flute helps me to think better and focus on the things that are most important to me. I have had many incredible opportunities come my way through various musical projects, and these experiences have shaped who I am today and opened my eyes to the beauty of the world around me. When not making music, I am an avid rock climber and cat-lover.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a member of the LDS church has brought me more blessings and a deeper connection to my Heavenly Father than anything else. I know that God loves His children and wants nothing more than for us to return to Him again someday. I choose to be a member of the LDS church because I believe that it is the only church that has all of the truths and ordinances necessary for me to accomplish that goal--to become like my Heavenly Father and live with him again after this life. I know that if I follow the teachings of God's prophets--both those of ancient times, as recorded in the scriptures, and those He calls to lead us today--that I will find true joy, both in this life and the next.

How I live my faith

I'm currently serving a mission in Cleveland, Ohio--so I get to share my faith everyday! And I absolutely love it. :) As a representative of Jesus Christ, I try to be an example of Him in everything that I do. Teaching and sharing my faith with others has helped me to gain a greater understanding and love for the gospel. If you have ever wondered what the Church is like or have any other questions, feel free to ask the missionaries!
