Hi I'm Nate

I love playing & watching sports, especially basketball. I'm a software consultant, motorcycle rider, scubadiver, & I'm a mormon

About Me

I grew up in Modesto CA. I loved sports as a youth, I played soccer, basketball, and baseball. I served my mission in Honduras, and graduated from BYU in 2007. Now I'm a full time software consultant. I met my wife Heidi while playing in a co-ed softball league in Huntington Beach. We were married in the San Diego Temple.

Why I am a Mormon

I've been a member of the church my whole life. I continue worshiping with the Mormons because I feel a true joy when I participate in the gospel. When my wife and I attend church meetings or go to the temple together, it strengthens our relationship, and helps us draw closer together as we draw closer to the Lord.

How I live my faith

I serve as a leader of the high school aged boys in my area. I also volunteer on a regular basis at the San Diego Temple. My wife and I study the scriptures together, pray together daily, and try to seek God's guidance in all of our decisions.

What is the priesthood?

Nate
The priesthood is the authority to act in God’s name. This power is shown through service given towards family members, friends, and all our fellow men. Then men in Christ's church that hold His priesthood, are responsible for serving others as Christ would have them serve Himself if he were here. Show more Show less
