Hi I'm Shauna

I've grown up in Idaho Falls in a family of 8. I am a college student studying nursing. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Idaho. I am 20 and living the college life of studying and trying to become a nurse. I have always loved to be involved in school, my religion, sports, and with other people. Being active and learning are some of my favorite things. I also love music and mainly play the violin. I have 5 other best friends (my 2 older brothers, sister, brother, sister) and great parents. Starting every day with a smile is how I try to get through each day.

Why I am a Mormon

Even members of the church born into it need to gain a testimony for themselves. I was born to loving parents who encouraged me to follow the principles of the gospel. I am thankful for their influence, as well as good friends. Growing up, I remember my first experience at Especially for Youth, a week long youth camp, where I undeniably felt the confirmation of the Holy Ghost, as well as countless other experiences at church, and church activities that have testified to me the gospel is the key to happiness. My testimony It is not perfect but still growing every day. I know that becoming a latter-day-saint may seem like a big commitment, but the eternal blessings are worth every worry. Jesus Christ is our Savior and wants us to be happy. He loves us and has made a way to make it back to him through living the gospel. It has made my life so full and enjoyable. I know that we are all His children and we have the choice to let Him into our lives.

How I live my faith

I believe living your religion is key. I am serving as a pianist for church services and I love sharing my talents. I have served several different callings and each one helped me grow in a different way. I also like to serve in the community and my school.
