Hi I'm Kiley

I'm a mother. I'm a heath and fitness enthusiast. I'm an entrepreneur. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a twenty something stay-at-home mom to two awesome little boys, sometimes three if you count my husband! I have a bachelors degree in Nutrition and Food Management, which I use soley on my family right now. I love running, coaching volleyball, hiking, biking, nutrition, and other health & fitness related things. Not only am I a stay-at-home mom, but I also started my own business selling bow ties & suspenders for the little dudes.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints all my life. My testimony of the gospel has grown progressively throughout the years and was solidified when my older sister passed away in a car accident when she was 20. Every day since then I have been able to lean on my testimony of the atonement of Jesus Christ, knowing that all will be right someday. I have hope in the future and life after death and I know I will see my sister again. My dad passed away 5 years later from cancer and with my testimony of the Plan of Salvation and hope in the resurrection and atonement, I know that my family will be together forever. I have no doubt in my mind that the gosepl of Jesus Christ is true. I know that we can all be forgiven and things will be made right through the power of the atonement. I know that the Book of Mormon and the Bible are the word of God. There is a power in the scriptures and they bring the spirit of the Lord into my life. I know that Jesus Christ suffered for our sins, died for us, and lives again. He made it possible for all of us to repent and be forgiven and to live again after we leave this mortal existence. I know that President Thomas S. Monson is the living prophet on this earth today. He speaks with the Lord as the prophets of old did. I know that if we have faith & hope in the Plan of Salvation we will be exhaulted and glorified. I share this testimony with whoever may read it, in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith every day by dressing modestly, using clean language, serving when I see a need, and being honest to & respectful of others. Right now I'm serving in two callings at church. I am an assistant wolf den leader with the Cub Scouts in my ward and I am also a secretary to our unit's women's organization, the Relief Society. Before I was asked to serve in these callings, I was a teacher in the primary for a few years.

What do Mormons believe about family?

Kiley
Families are the center. We are sealed together in the temple and through that power we can live together forever, in this life and the next. Families consist of a father and a mother, legally and lawfully married. My family is the most important thing in my life. My husband and my two little boys, and my parents & siblings. We are all sealed together and despite death, I know that we will all be together forever. Show more Show less
