Hi I'm Sarah

I am a Boston girl I am a natural redhead and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hmm about me.... Well I am a random, happy outgoing person. I am not afraid to tell someone how I feel, I can be a little too blunt sometimes which gets me into trouble (trying to work on that), nobody is perfect though. I love talking with and spending time with people, I have no problem chatting with some random person on the street all day. My family and friends are very important to me, I would do anything for them and they would do anything for me. Also am a huge animal lover, Mostly cats lol. And yes, I am a RedSox fan. :)

Why I am a Mormon

Why I am a mormon. My parents raised me in the church. I was baptized at the age of 8 and at that time I didn't ever question if the church was true. As I grew older, I came to a point in my life where I couldn't live on my parents word alone I wanted to know for myself if this was indeed the true church of Jesus Christ. I was about 18 yrs old when I read the Book of Mormon for the first time in my life. I spent hours a day reading page after page of stories that I could relate to. When I finally had finished the Book of Mormon I did what any person should do, I prayed to know if it was true and I did receive an answer. There was no flashing light or some big voice telling me it was true but rather a feeling of comfort and warmth. This feeling made me feel good inside and I just knew that the book was true and by knowing that I knew that the church was true. I am a Mormon not only because I know that its true but simply because it has changed my life. I love my savior and I know that he atoned for not only my sins but my heartaches as well. Every worry, every fear, and every stubbed toe he has felt already. He did that so that we wouldn't have to suffer if we would just come unto him with full purpose of heart. Through our Savior Jesus Christ we can experience everlasting joy in this life and in the life to come. My family is so very important to me. We are all imperfect but through the Gospel of Jesus Christ we have grown closer together. We have that same goal in mind. We want to be together forever and we are all working towards that. I am so blessed to have had the opportunity to grow up in the church, there is not a second that goes by that I regret it.

How I live my faith

I live in a way that my Heavenly Father would have me live. Throughout my life I have always loved working with people, we are all children of God and so serving others is something that I have always enjoyed doing. Showing kindness to my fellow brothers and sisters. I am currently serving a full-time mission for my church. Each day I have the opportunity to share about our Savior Jesus Christ and help others know that we can live with our families forever. Death is not the end, it is only the begining and by knowing that we can live with our families again we all can have that sense of peace and comfort in our lives.
