Hi I'm Stephanie

I'm a mother of five children and 6 grand children. I was born in England and moved to the USA in 1996. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I work as an Office Manager for a Family Practice. I have 5 grown up children. I'm a very proud grandma of 6 grand children who loves to share photo's and talk about them when ever I can. :) My youngest son is presently serving as a missionary for our church. His letters home always bring so much joy. My hobbies are knitting and reading abd serving in the church.

Why I am a Mormon

After helping my friend at school do her Seminary home work in our lunch breaks I realised I wanted to know more about the church she went too. I started taking the missionary discussions and was baptised along with my mother. Everything the missionaries shared with us just felt right and gave me a feeling of 'coming home'. My baptism day will always be so special in my heart. I will always be so grateful to a friend who was not ashamed of sharing the gift of the gospel with me. My life is so full of gratitude for the many blessings I have received. Especially for the sure knowledge that I have a Heavenly Father who truly knows and loves me. That I can be with my love ones again after this life. But most of all really understanding why I am here and where I am going brings great peace.

How I live my faith

Since joining the church back in 1975 I have tried to be as actively involved in the gospel as possible. I have held many callings where I have been able to offer service. I have enjoyed putting into practice what I have learnt, knowing I am a better person for doing so.
