Hi I'm Marsha Carrier

I grew up in Kentucky. I'm the mother of three, and the grandmother of nine, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the mother of three and the grandmother of ( as of now ) nine beautiful grandchildren. I am currently a full time homemaker and caregiver to my aging mother who has dementia. My occupation prior to leaving to care for my mother, was a Bank Teller.

Why I am a Mormon

My mother joined the church when I was a small child. I can't remember a time when the gospel wasn't a part of my life. I remember attending as a child and as a youth. I'm sure I loved it so much because my Mother loved it so much. She has an unwavering testimony of the gospel. As most children my testimony at that time was based on hers. I'm eternally grateful for her instilling in me the spark that allowed my own testimony to grow. That has been a life long process. I have had my seasons of trial and error. I know that those experiences have solidified my testimony. I know that the greatest joy in my life has been in living and sharing the gospel of Christ. It is through my associations and service in the church that I have found my greatest joy and fullfillment. It brings me great joy to know that I have been able to live and share this with my own children and grandchildren. It is wonderful to see it carrying forward to new generations and to see it blessing their lives as well. I know that Jesus Christ is my Brother, my Friend and my Savior, and I know that he lives!

How I live my faith

I am currently serving in the womens organization of our church. I have served in this capacity for the past six years. I have also worked with the youth. I've been a camp leader. I was the Young Women's Leader. I taught early morning scripture classes for our high school kids. I've taught in the nursery and childrens programs of the church. If there's an organization in the church I've been there in some capacity or another throughout my life. I can't imagine not being involved and serving. It's where I find my greatest fulfillment.
