Hi I'm Noël

I've lived all over the United States. I'm a painter and a writer. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have always sought a deeper meaning to my existence. The biggest question that always pops into my head is "what does this mean? what is the significance of this?" My life is about discovering truth and sharing it through my words, my paintings, and my writing. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the foundation upon which I build all my personal convictions. It is the soul reason I know who I am. I thoroughly enjoy having a sense of humor in the right moments, but I cherish reverent moments with all my heart. I am currently at BYU for Illustration and I travel to study classical realist painting. I also enjoy studying gospel doctrine and spending quality time with family and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of that the teachings of Christ has brought into my life. I know there is a God and that Christ lives because of the way the gospel has affected my life. I know the truth by the way I feel. When I listen to my heart I truly feel that the Doctrine of the Mormon church is true and I have seen how it has blessed the lives of so many.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by cherishing my affection for the gospel more than any other feeling and pursuit I have. I try my hardest to keep the commandments and have faith that the Atonement of Jesus Christ will cover my sins as I repent and forsake them. I do all I can to keep the Lord in my thoughts and dress and act as a disciple would. I let my desire to have character override my desire to be a character. I feel that constantly changing for the better is part of being a Latter-Day Saint. As I've come to know my Savior better, I have sought ways to become like him. I know that he consecrated his life in the service of his father. The last three years of his life was spent preaching the gospel. Over a period of time I realized that one of the best ways to understand how the Savior lived his life was to preach the gospel myself. That is why I decided to serve a mission. Nothing fills my heart more than service to others. I will be serving a mission in Eugene Oregon.
