Hi I'm Michaela Dunne

I'm a sophomore at Utah State University. I love music and sports. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy a good rainy day where I can read a book while baking some cookies. My love of rain comes from many visits to Oregon as a child. I enjoy a sappy chick flick, spending quality time with friends, and spending time in the mountains. I have played piano for about 11 years now and love music in general. I also love Volleyball, and watching Football and Basketball or probably anything sports. I'm currently a sophomore at Utah State University hoping to study Elementary Education.

Why I am a Mormon

I have grown up in the church and being an adult in college, I could easily leave whenever I wanted. But I continue to follow the gospel because I know that it blesses lives. Everything works out when I trust God and do what he has commanded us to do. I know that God loves each and every one of us and is very mindful and aware of our lives. He cares about the little things and the big things and He is in our everyday lives. The Book of Mormon is truly another testament of Christ. It has guided my life tremendously.

How I live my faith

I live my faith everyday by being loving and inclusive to everyone as Christ would love and include all. I play musical numbers during our church meetings to bring the spirit into the hearts of people. I have decided to give up 18 months of personal affairs and my education to help people feel Christ's love for them.

Why do Mormons baptize their new members?

Michaela Dunne
People are baptized into the Church because it is the first step to enter into the kingdom of God. Doing so, we will have our sins forgiven and receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Show more Show less
