Hi I'm Jake

I grew up in Idaho Falls, Idaho. I attend BYU Provo and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am attending university and as of right now I am undecided in my major. I love watching movies, listening to music, and anything with arts. I am also working towards serving an LDS mission for two years which is very exciting for me and my family. In the past, I have been involved with student council and was the student body president of my school. There I was able to make bonds with friends that I will have for the rest of my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I believe that this gospel is founded on a mutual love for everyone. We talk about love at home and loving our neighbor as much as we possibly can. I also believe in the message that the family unit is the most important unit of all. I have a testimony that the church is true and that living its principles has blessed my life in many ways.

How I live my faith

In my ward, I am the appointed choir director. That means that I lead the choir, pick pieces out for us to sing, and organize the choir so that we sound the best that we possibly can. I enjoy it very much and love working with the choir because they are such good people. I also home teach with my friend Logan and we go out to different members of our church. We will teach them a lesson and also assist them with anything they might need.
