Hi I'm Vicki

I grew up as a farm girl in rural Idaho. I love the simple, basic, good principles of the gospel, and I am a Mormon.

About Me

Having grown up in rural Idaho, I learned hard work and dedication on the farm. My parents taught me from the bible and had a deep love for family history. Learning about the prophets and my own ancestors I grew a love for each of them. Knowing my parents had a testimony of their own, I knew from an early age I needed gain a testimony for myself. I began challenging the principles of the gospel and trying to learn the truth myself. After gaining my own testimony I have grown a love of the scriptures. After reading the scriptures I place a date upon completion. This little confirmation helps reaffirm my testimony of my savior and the love I have for the scriptures. I have grown a love for gardening and helping nature grow. I love to spend my days in the sun working. My imagination helps me create a little paradise for me and my family. Having taught elementary school I was quickly involved in all aspects of a child's learning. I love children and gave me ability to cherish my time with each child I came across. Having married the love of my life in the Idaho Falls Temple. I spent a wonderful 40 years together. And now cherish the priesthood blessings that allow me to be with him for eternity. Having raised three amazing sons, I have been blessed with an extended family, that has brought many blessing into my life. I am pleased to announce that I am a happy joyful Grandmother of eleven grandchildren. I am eagerly awaiting my opportunity to serve.

Why I am a Mormon

I have chosen the LDS Mormon church because it give me the comfort I need for families to be eternal.

How I live my faith

Faith starts one day at a time.

Are all Mormons required to serve a mission?

Vicki
Though there is a strong tradition to serve missions. The church does not require anyone to serve. This chance to serve is an opportunity to choose to serve our savior. Show more Show less
