Hi I'm Sarah Christensen

I'm from Iowa. I'm a wife and a mother. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a stay-at-home mom, working towards applying to get my Masters in Exercise Physiology. I have way too many hobbies for one person, so I guess you could say my hobby is learning how to do everything. But a few of my favorites (or current obsessions) are swimming, lifting, hiking, cooking, needlework, sewing, DIYing furniture, reading, and apparently studying for the GRE. I find enjoyment out of trying new things so I can relate to all kinds of people.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon simply because I love it and believe everything the our church teaches. I have always been Mormon. I grew up in an LDS family. And I have gone through experiences that have taught me that being Mormon is how I will achieve the highest level of happiness. I know that The Church of Jeses Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the fullness of the gospel and is true. I believe in all that it teaches and trust in the prophets and apostles of old and of today. I sustain all of our leaders. I know this is God's church and I'm grateful for all I have because of His church and Him.

How I live my faith

At church I volunteer as a secretary over the children. Or in other words, primary. I also play piano for their singing time! I go to church very week and try to participate and serve and as many church activities as possible. I do my best to teach my daughter all I know about the church. I pray everyday and study the scriptures everyday so remind myself why I am a member of this church and to remember what I stand for and what's important in this life.
