Hi I'm Sister Bongalon

I'm currently serving as a full-time missionary in the Hawaii-Honolulu Mission.

About Me

I am from Washington State, but originally from the Philippines. I am currently serving as a full-time missionary in the Hawaii-Honolulu Mission. I love bearing my testimony and sharing Christ's restored gospel. I love music and enjoy singing and playing the piano and the guitar.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because the fullness of the gospel gives me happiness, contentment, and purpose in life. The gospel doesn't take my trials away, but instead helps me see the good out of everything. I know that God loves me, knows me, and cares for me. Being a Mormon helped me be a stronger person. I am a Mormon because I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is true.

How I live my faith

I do my best to keep God's commandments. I try to seek the good out of everything because I know that life is meant to be good. I make it a goal not to complain but instead, acknowledge the blessings that God has given and continually gives to me. I live my faith by striving to act according to Christ's teachings. I live my faith with a happy heart.

Why is family so important to Mormons?

Sister Bongalon
Because of family, we are given the opportunity to experience how to love the way our Father in Heaven loves. Family is important because they help us grow. They let us know that we are not alone. They give us strength and one of the sources of greatest happiness. Show more Show less
