Hi I'm Alice

I'm a daughter, friend, and prospective missionary.

About Me

I was baptized twelve years old along with my older sister. I grew up in the gospel of Jesus Christ and was extremely blessed. I'm currently 20-year-old; I used to study in a college, majoring applied foreign languages, but decided to leave school for two years because I wanted to be a full-time missionary.

Why I am a Mormon

Growing up in the church, I found that I didn't have the strong testimony until I went to college, away from my home. I lived with my college roommates and went to church alone without my family's company. Months later, I started to become less active since it was difficult for me to join another new ward in a different city. However, deep inside my heart, I knew that I needed to take actions in order to shake the negative feelings off. One day when I read a speech from our church named: Becoming True Millennials, I knelt down and asked God what's his expectation for me. And when I opened the Book of Mormon, I received an answer. I had a strong feeling that I should prepare to be a full-time missionary. That experience really influenced me a lot. I learned that our Heavenly Father really answers our prayers and if we seek him with all our hearts, we will find it. Now I am very grateful that I made the decision to keel down and pray. I know that God lives and he loves us and Jesus Christ is our Savior!

How I live my faith

I am now a ward missionary, helping investigators to have friends and the sense of belonging. I'm so happy to have the chance to work with the missionaries because I'm going to leave on December 19, 2017 for the Indianapolis mission. I love to see smiles on our investigators when they receive love from church members and most importantly, the Savior. I know that God loves everyone. We are his beloved children, and he is waiting for us to come back to him through the gospel of Jesus Christ.
