Hi I'm Evan Dangerfield

I travel a lot. I love to make videos for YouTube. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently getting ready to go on a mission in Brazil for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I am a YouTuber, and my channel is called Evans Dangerfield. I was homeschooled until I reached age 15, and then I started a few college courses. I did Community College until I "graduated." My other hobbies are traveling, singing, dancing (mainly swing and ballroom), editing, reading, and hanging with friends (if that is considered a hobby).

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church, and I think I have always known that this church was the right one. However, I still needed to know for myself. When I was 13, I went to a Boy Scout camp in Colorado. I recall that my friend and bunkmate would get out his scriptures every night and read them. I thought that what he did was admirable, so I set a goal to read my scriptures every night. Since my good friend's example, I have achieved that goal (with the occasional day that I would forget to read). I first received a testimony of the Book of Mormon when I was studying in seminary and decided that I wanted a real testimony. I prayed to know it's true origin, and I received an answer. After that experience, I continued to go to seminary and added to my testimony. Recently, my testimony has grown stronger since I have been preparing to serve a mission for the Lord. I know that this church is true, and I know that Joseph Smith translated the Book of Mormon. Also, I know that God has given us a living prophet to lead the church. I love this church, and I am proud to be a Mormon.

How I live my faith

Like I said up there ^ I am serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Brazil, speaking Portuguese. Right now, I am attending a Young Single Adult ward, and I absolutely love it there!
