Hi I'm Gregory M Ward (Greg)

Our family has lots of Church Pioneer Heritage begining in 1847: Wagon Companies, Hand Carts, Mountain Resues, Early Colonization

About Me

Gregory M Ward (Greg) and my wife Berlene have lived in the Bountiful, Utah Mueller Park Area for over 35 years. We have lived in 6 wards and in 2 different stakes while never moving from our original neighborhood. We decided to leave our Bountiful Comfort Zone and serve a full time mission. We have always looked forward to serving a mission and now we will be serving a “full time mission” in North Carolina and will be building a new home in the mission field of Central Oregon. We have three sons, one daughter and nine grandchildren living in Utah, California and Oregon. I was raised in the Anglican Church, attended a private Episcopal School and then became a Mormon in my early twenties. I am an active Scouter and have always followed the Principles of Scouting. I graduated from the University of Utah with a Business Degree in Corporate Sales and Marketing and have perused careers with National Companies in Management, Marketing, and Sales and in Sales Training. I love the Gospel, History, Sailing, Fly Fishing, Skiing, and being a Grandfather.

Why I am a Mormon

My testimony of Our Heavenly Father, and Jesus Christ along with the knowledge of Our Heavenly's Plan of Salvation has made all the difference in my life and my family by giving me direction and helping with life’s challenges. “Choose the Right” “Always Do Your Best” “Fish Where There Are Fish” “Always Keep an Eye on the Weather” “Keep from Crossing the Tips of Your Skis” These concepts have served me well for many years. I love the Lord and His Gospel. I am looking forward to serving non-members and members in the North Carolina Raleigh Mission as a “Full Time Missionary”…

How I live my faith

Most recently I have served as a Gospel Doctrine Teacher, as a member on our Scouting Committee, a Bountiful Temple Ordinance Worker, and have taught the Temple Preparation Class for many years while also serving a as a History and Art Interpreter Missionary for the Church Museum.
